Conditions of participation for the Facebook competition
Who can participate?
The lottery is possible without any stake. There is no obligation to purchase the products in any way. All persons from all over the world who have reached the age of 18 are eligible to participate. Employees of the Phazz-A-Delic New Format labels and their family members are not eligible to participate.
How can you win?
The actions required to participate in the lottery and the period of the lottery are described in the respective lottery. Please pay attention to the instructions there.
Drawing of the winners
All winners will be determined by drawing lots from among the correct entries. A further requirement for winning is the provision of a valid e-mail address
Prices?
The prizes and their distribution to the winner(s) are described in the respective competition.
Requirements and restrictions
For the purpose of sending you the prices, we will contact you at the e-mail address provided or by other means to ask for your address. The prices will be sent to this address. The legal recourse to obtain the prizes is excluded. Participants or third parties cannot sue for the allocation of a prize.
A cash payment of the prizes cannot be demanded. An exchange of the prizes is also not intended.
Any liability of Phazz-A-Delic-New-Format for the existence of the technical prerequisites for timely participation in the competition or the dispatch of the prizes (permanent access to the Internet pages on which participation is possible or correct execution of the transmission of the participation data or dispatch of the prizes by transport companies) is excluded.
The Label Phazz-A-Delic New Format reserves the right to shorten, extend, postpone, change the event period for the competition in case of force majeure or to cancel the competition completely without determining and paying out the prizes.

Objections by e-mail can only be processed if they are marked with a qualified electronic signature, which is equivalent to a signature under German law.
Objections or comments received later than one month after the end of the competition will not be considered.
The label Phazz-a-delic New Format Recordings reserves the right to exclude participants at its own reasonable discretion.
